Welcome to the Richmond Hill Arts Alliance™.  We are a new not-for-profit association of arts, artists and related activities working together to grow arts in all its genres throughout the Richmond Hill creative community.  You are invited to visit our website www.rhartsalliance.com for more detail.

A definition:

ART is the diverse range and application of human creative skill and imagination, typically painting, music, theatre and dance, producing visual, auditory or performing artworks to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power.

This definition necessarily includes …………

all artists, all genres, all ethnicities, all ages, all persuasions.

A true alliance.

Mission and Vision

Our Mission?   Simple:  An association of arts, artists and related activities supporting each other, with a grassroots focus and a back-to-basics approach to serving our creative community.

Our Vision?   Also simple:  to grow and expand our creative interests to provide a solid foundation that not only nurtures the existing membership but welcomes future artists, all artists, into the greater creative community.

A quote from Walt Disney:

“Somehow I can’t believe that there are any heights that can’t be scaled by a man who knows the secrets of making dreams come true!  This special secret, it seems to me, can be summarized in 4 C’s.  They are curiosity, courage, confidence, and constancy – and the greatest of these is confidence.  When you believe in a thing, believe in it all the way, implicitly and unquestionably.”

We believe that the 4 C’s are embodied in all artists, regardless of their interests.

And we believe that the 4 C’s should be the driving imperatives behind this new association of arts and artists in Richmond Hill.

Watch as we grow and evolve.

A variety of events have already been scheduled and planned through the balance of this year:
